Angie,
My sister Jan gave me a clipping from the Kanawha Reporter with your article about Aunt Net’s house, etc. Great article.
I am Ada’s oldest daughter so have many memories also of that house and your Mom and sisters.
I also am helping Ken Eekhoff who is working on geneologies of the Assink family. Could you send me your email address? I do not have your family information because I do most of my work by email.
Thanks so much!

Angie,
Love the blog! The City of North Liberty has it’s annual Liberty Centre Blues & BBQ event on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend (May 30, 2010). I’d love you to be a judge of the barbecue contest. It’s pretty easy: show up, eat bbq, score it and we announce a winner.
All the judges are food experts, so I think you’d be a GREAT addition! Email me: we’d love to have you.
